Added seed input to sim_function to
allow for replicable simulation and modified corresponding
documentation.
Modified plot output of largevar to have dynamic
ylim (appropriate plotting range).
Included the SP100 dataset used in the README as an Rda file.

Updated README.md to present CRAN installation and
show updated use of sim_function.
